By using the services of WhitelineShippingJA, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. Package Processing & Collection
All packages are subject to standard receiving and processing procedures upon arrival at our warehouse. Customers will be notified promptly once their packages have been processed and are ready for pickup.
2. Storage Fees
We kindly ask customers to collect their packages as soon as possible after notification.
Packages not collected within four (4) days of being marked ready for pickup will incur a storage fee of JMD $100 per day until the package is collected.
3. Pre-Alerts
To ensure accurate tracking and timely processing of shipments, customers are strongly encouraged to submit a pre-alert for every package shipped to our warehouse.
Submitting a pre-alert allows customers to:
* Monitor package movement more efficiently.
* Receive faster package identification and processing.
* Reduce delays in shipment updates.
* Upload correct invoice
*Invoice Requirements
To ensure timely processing, customers must upload an accurate and valid invoice for each shipment. Any invoice found to be altered, incomplete, or inaccurate may result in processing delays, shipment holds, and additional administrative charges.
WhitelineShippingJA is not responsible for delays resulting from packages arriving without a pre-alert.
4. Delivery Service
For your convenience, WhitelineShippingJA offers islandwide delivery services.
Once your package arrives and is ready for pickup, you may choose to have it delivered directly to your location for a small delivery fee. Delivery charges may vary depending on destination and package size.
5. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information, tracking numbers, contact details, and delivery addresses.
WhitelineShippingJA is not liable for delays, additional charges, or misdirected shipments resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
6. Acceptance of Terms
By using our services, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
